Cancellation Policy
LATE ARRIVALS
It is best to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time, I may have to end your service on the initially scheduled end time in order to get to the following client on time. Please keep this in mind to get the most out of your time and money.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. If you need to cancel or change a booking, please allow for 24 hours’ notice, and contact me directly. No-shows, or cancellations outside of 24 hours will be charged a 100% fee of the original cost of all selected services, including services purchased on other websites.
